Woodhall Spa 36 Holes- 2026 Round 1 Rules

All competitors will need a minimum of 3 competition qualifying rounds on their handicap record within the 12 months prior to the competition date to qualify for prizes. 9.4HANDICAP INDEX MAXIMUM The competition will be played over 36 holes Bracken AM & Hotchkin PM in 95% handicap medal format. The winner of the event will be the player with the best score nett over the two rounds. In the event of a tie, all prizes will be decided under Woodhall Spa Golf Club's general conditions. Only tee times for round 1 to be selected, tee times for round 2 will be approx. 5.5 hrs after the AM round. Playing teams may vary if there are withdrawals for the second round.

Cancellation & Refunds Policy:

Cancellations must be made more than 4 weeks before your date of play in order to receive an automatic refund. If you cancel your booking less than 4 weeks before your date of play then a refund may be made if your tee time is replaced with another competitor from the reserve list. 

Refunds or 'carry overs' will NOT be made if cancelled under 4 weeks for exceptional circumstances unless we can fill your tee time.

For any refund we have a £5 administration charge per person to cover fees.
