Since becoming a PGA member in 2013, Adam has developed his coaching skills to become one of the most renowned coaches in the region whilst also maintaining his own game to a high standard. Adam specialises in player performance & development and is the current England Golf Disability Coach, Head Coach of Lincolnshire's Men, Senior and Junior County Squads. The PGA Cup player (2022 & 2024), English PGA Champion (2021), Midland Professional of the Year (2017), PGA in Lincolnshire Coach of the Year (2023) and winner of the Midland Order of Merit (2017) reflect his passion for the game.

Former LET and International Amateur Player, Alison is a well-respected and popular coach. She is also a former Midland PGA Captain, Midland Region 'Coach of the Year' and PGA in Lincolnshire Captain. She is expert in 'Instinctive Golf' coaching, with many years of experience at all levels, delivering fun and informative group and individual sessions. She uses her considerable skills to coach the Lincolnshire County Girls and has been instrumental in increasing their participation over many years.

Lee graduated as PGA Trainee of the Year in 2022, a prestigious feat among 240 trainees across Great Britain and Ireland. Lee specialises in coaching long game, using his passion, knowledge, and the latest technologies to develop the ball-striking of golfers of all abilities. Lee is the coach to Lincolnshire's Futures Squad and Woodhall Spa's Junior Team. Lee competes in County, Regional and National PGA events, winning multiple events and placing 2nd on the Lincolnshire PGA Order of Merit in 2019.

Scott is a well respected and popular coach and in recent years, has developed his expertise in coaching putting and the short game. He is qualified in Quintic Ball Roll (Level 1+2), SAM Putt Lab, and is certified to coach AimPoint green reading. He makes the most of the exceptional facilities at the National Golf Centre Academy, delivering regular short game clinics to members and visitors alike whilst also coaching a number of top-class amateurs and professionals. Sam is a Golf Performance Coach who specialises in helping golfers of all levels, ages, and injury backgrounds maximise their body’s potential and perform better on the course. Using advanced tools such as force plates to measure ground reaction forces and 3D motion analysis to explore swing mechanics in detail, he assesses each player’s movement patterns and physical capabilities to create a clear, personalised plan for improvement.
With years of coaching experience working with players from the DP World Tour, elite amateurs, and golfers across all handicap levels, Sam combines swing biomechanics, golf fitness, and mental coaching to help players move better, swing more efficiently, and play with greater consistency. JACK SHAW
Jack is a Sports Physiotherapist who has a passion for injury rehabilitation, return to play and injury reduction. His aim is to keep people playing pain free, for as long as possible. Jack is also TPI Level 1 certified to carry out physical screenings for golfers.
Working with players / sports people of all standards and ages, he is based at the Performance Centre but also offers physiotherapy intervention to the wider community, treating all musculoskeletal conditions. Intervention includes but not limited to; assessment to identify injuries and injury risk, provide individualised exercise programmes (strength and mobility), educate and advice on injuries and return to play, apply manual therapy through joint mobilisation, soft tissue massage, taping and acupuncture.
